FAQ
How do you measure the environmental impact of your products?
We use Life Cycle Analyses of our products to improve their environmental impact and guide our developments.
Have you introduced recycled materials in your products?
We are adding PCR film to our laminates and offer bottles up to 100% PCR. To date, we use certified or recycled materials in 53% of our technologies.
What do you offer as an alternative to plastic?
We use paper for different technologies in primary & secondary packaging, as well as bio-based scented supports (wood, arabic gum, bioplastic).
What are you doing about forest management?
Our paper printing sites are FSC/SFI certified. We use mostly FSC/PEFC/SFI paper.
What are some examples of your commitment?
At the collaborator level, our employees are sensitized to CSR, via regular flash-communications, CSR challenges, and animations like “climate fresk”. At a company level, Arcade Beauty is participating in CEC (Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat) with 150 other companies.
As of October 11th 2024, our GHG emission scopes 1, 2, and 3 targets have been officially validated by The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTI).We target an absolute reduction of 42% in scopes 1 & 2 aligned with the global 1.5°C trajectory, and 25% of specific scope 3 categories by 2030, from a 2021 base year. Additionally for scope 3, we’re committed to onboarding the majority of our customers and suppliers to set SBT-aligned GHG reduction targets.0
